What’s required to report a claim?

In order to report a Commercial Auto claim, you must provide information on:

• The driver involved

• The vehicles involved

• The location

• A description of the incident

Once you submit your claim, you can email photos of the damage to claims@biberk.com. Please include the name of the insured and policy number (if you have it) in the title of your email.
